AT EVERY STAGE OF YOUR EVENT

You organise. We make the rest easier.

One race, several categories or a crew entry: adapt the tools to the way you organise.

An event that reflects you

Create a one-day or multi-day event, add your races / categories, dates and discipline. Reuse a template or duplicate an event for the next edition.

A public page to share

Showcase your programme, poster, logos, organiser and timekeeper. Add links, up to two social media profiles, an address or a location on the map.

Forms that fit your needs

Choose the information to collect, make fields required or optional and save your templates. Participants can reuse their profile details and upload the supporting documents you request.

Stay in control of places and prices

Set a quota for each race / category or an overall limit. Manage waiting lists, licensed / unlicensed rates and late-entry surcharges. Choose whether fees are included in the entry price or added on top.

Keep track of every competitor

View entrants, crews, their documents and payment status. Assign race numbers, track cancellations and request a full or partial refund from ETERNYTIME.

The right data for the right people

Export entries to Excel / CSV with your chosen columns, keeping first and last names separate or combined. Give your team and timekeeper limited access to the races you authorise.

THE RACE BIB STUDIO

Your colours on the start line.

Examples of personalised ETERNYTIME race bibs with numbers, names and event logos

Design your A5 race bibs in the studio: upload banners and logos, move and resize elements, and add a first name, last name, club or category. The race number stays clearly visible in the centre.

Order bibs with or without timing chips, using confirmed entrants or a range of numbers. Access your design and track production from your account.

No setup fees. Production, timing chips and delivery are priced in your order quote.

STAY IN TOUCH

Before, during and after the race.

Messages and discussions

Message an entrant privately or start a group discussion reserved for the event’s participants and organisers. Everyone can manage their own email notifications.

Email campaigns and newsletters

Prepare your messages and target a single event or all your past and current events. Newsletters respect recipients’ subscription preferences.

Documents and useful information

Publish rules, the programme and your documents on the event page. Collect participants’ supporting documents and track their approval from your account.

A clear financial overview

Track entries and the amounts you are due to receive. Enter your payout details and view the history of payouts recorded by ETERNYTIME, together with the supporting documents.

Ready for race day, open to everyone

Prepare administrative checks, technical scrutineering, and transponder issue and return. The platform is available in eight languages on desktop, tablet and mobile, with light and dark modes.

THE NATURAL NEXT STEP

Your lists are ready: send them to ETERNYTIME Live or Tracking to prepare administration on an Admin+ tablet and transponder distribution. Your timekeeper can use their own authorised access.

Live coverage relies on your timekeeper’s equipment and access. Registration alone does not start race timing.
